Certification Management Limited (CML) was established in June 2013. Offering a complete range of compliance services, we are an EU Notified Body (No 2503) for ATEX EU/2014/34. This is supported by our UKAS accreditation (No 8175) to IEC 17025 and IEC 17065 and our full scope of accreditation allows us to issue any type of certificate. Appointed in 2014 we are also an Ex certified body (ExCB) and test laboratory (ExTL) with the full scope of standards.

The intrinsic safety book included in this material will provide a good point of reference for engineers involved with the design and developed of I.S equipment.

I found the intrinsic safety standard quite difficult to read at first. After looking through the I.S book produced by CMLEx and referencing it back to the standard I was able to understand the requirements better. I found the book very informative and recommend it to both experienced and new engineers alike who work with Ex and intrinsic safety. Russell Finex - UK
